Counseling Services
Counseling Coach provides individual, couples and family counseling services.
Sessions require a 24 hour cancelation notice. Otherwise; clients will be billed for the allotted time. Payments are due prior to or during session. Payments are accepted via Zelle or Venmo. Insurance is not accepted.
Treatment specialization includes:
Free Consultation 10 minutes: A complimentary 10 minute phone consultation is offered to new clients prior to scheduling a first appointment.
Individual Counseling (1 hour @ $90.00)
Work one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors and work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Relationship Counseling (1 hour @ $90.00)
Couples Counseling Format The couples counseling format consists of five levels.
These five level represent the foundation of a healthy partnership. Each level provides tools that change the way couples communicate and interact. The levels address Partnership, Parenting, Finances, Intimacy and Sexuality. Any partnership requires that we change patterns that are no longer effective.
