Ms. Burnett McKennon has been counseling and coaching for 30 years in Southern California. She is educated in several therapeutic modalities and has designed specific techniques to assist her clients in reaching their goals.

She specializes in trauma, marriage and relationship issues, co-dependency, parenting, conflict resolution, career transition, personal growth/change and addictions. She is also adept in professional business coaching. She uses Motivation Examination to evaluate and promote positive outcomes. Her clients gain from her empathy and particular sensitivity and insight.

She is committed to working with the community and in 2000 she provided on-call ministerial services and counseling at Stepping Stone, a recovery facility in San Diego, CA.

She was one of the first in her industry to offer SKYPE as a means of flexible scheduling.

Debra Burnett McKennon, LMC, CPC has also spent 25 years in the human resources outsourcing industry in C-level business development and account management assisting NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, McGraw-Hill School Book Division, Eastman-Kodak and American Express, as well as numerous other business entities at inception, during acquisition and long standing operations. She carries a license as a Property and Casualty Broker. She has over 30 years of working with large, medium and small businesses for employee recognition and HR concerns.
